How

It works

We will meet 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to go over the details so that your big day can go as smoothly and flawlessly as possible.

You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire before our meeting that will cover the details of the day. This is a living document and will be the main reference of information for the wedding day.

I will be the main point of contact for you between family and friends, the venue, and the vendors you’ve secured.


If any part of the day is delayed, I will adjust the timeline accordingly to ensure we get back on track for time.

Receive a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary for wedding

vendors to coordinate all essential details.


Full coordination of the wedding rehearsal to ensure a smooth ceremony.


Confirm Vendor Timeline and Arrangements to ensure seamless execution.


Verify set-up and strike times, vendor meals, contract rider inclusions,

and all details for a smooth event.


Manage all moving pieces of the event, including direction of vendors

and attending to guest needs.


Bridal Checklist provided to vendors, venue, and pre-designated friends or

family members before the end of service to secure returns of all deposits and avoid fees.

Q:WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?

At this time we are not offering any percentage of refunds with our current specials under $500.

Q: WILL YOU BE THE PERSON ON-SITE THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING OR WILL IT BE ANOTHER PLANNER?

A: I will be the person on-site the day of your wedding, alongside my husband Jo.

Depending on your wedding size, I will have the appropriate amount of assistants that day to ensure we are not understaffed and your day goes as smoothly as possible!


Additional assistants outside of Rose & Jo are at a rate of $150/hr each


Q: DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Yes! A non-refundable initial retainer of $500 is required to secure your wedding date, and the remaining balance will be broken into two installments to be paid prior to coordination services taking place.


If you want to customize your installment plan further, we do offer additional options.
